When shopping from FemmeCloths, we promise to never use your personal information for any reason other than to fulfill and ship orders placed through our website. We also do not store your financial details and we will not contact you unless we have problems with your order or you have signed up for our email subscription.
Return Policy
All items are non refundable due to the sanitary nature of the product and each item is checked for flaws before shipping. If a customer receives a defective pad, we will replace that item free of charge, simply send us a photo of the defect. We are not responsible for damages to the pads through improper laundering techniques, or misuse and mistreatment. (See our FAQ section for wear and care recommendations).
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 1 week of purchase, as FemmeCloths is located in a rural Northern Ontario location and we make one trip a week to the post office.
